1. General Questions

  • What is the status of my order? You will receive a tracking notification once your product ships.
  • Can I change my order? Your order cannot be changed once made online. Please call the office if you need a change.
  • Where do you ship? We ship within the United States.
  • How long does it take to ship my order? 2-5 working days. 

2. Payment

  • What payment methods do you accept?  Most credit cards are accepted. Checks are not accepted.
  • What currency will I be charged in? US Dollars

3. Shipping

  • Where do you ship? We ship within the United States.
  • How long does it take to ship the order? 2-5 working days. Fedex Ground does not ship on weekends or major holidays.
  • Do you offer fast shipping? Not at this time. Please call office for special orders.
  • How can I track my package? Download the Shop app to track order.
  • What if I'm not home? We are not liable for lost/stolen purchases if you are not home. Please contact shipping company with issues.

4. Returns

  • Do you accept returns? Within 7 days of purchasing items.
  • Can I exchange an item? Not at this time.
  • Are returns free? Yes
  • How long does it take to process a return? 7-10 working days.

  • Do you have a physical store? We do have a physical store. We are open by appt only at this time.
